Waterford Aero Club’s goal is to ensure that a “Just Culture” environment prevails.

Waterford Aero Club management will :

• Promote the club’s safety policy to all members and pilots and demonstrate their commitment to it.
• Provide necessary human and financial resources for its implementation.
• Establish safety objectives, performance standards and methods of monitoring.
